The Vets hoped to avoid a 3 game slide when they tipped off
against D Fire Monday night. Both teams were solid from start to end as the
game was locked at 81 when regulation ended. By the time the final buzzer
sounded, Michael Mpeck had scored his only points of the game pushing them to
the victory as D Fire took this one 92-87. Leading the victors were Jon
Dresner, Dvir Cahana and Abdul Atta who knocked down 33, 27 and 12 points
respectively. Despite the Vets’ 3rd straight loss Jason Rodney and
Dwayne Buckley finished the night with 39 and 18 each.
